Service/ Claim Request Process
Please follow these simple steps to Initiate a Service call request/ Claim.
Step One: Please take photos of damaged item(s);
- Photo (1) Include one picture of the entire piece of furniture that is damaged.
- Photo (2) One clear close up picture of the damage(s).

*Once your email has been received, you will be contacted with further instructions on how to go about your specific case*To expedite your request, pictures of the damaged product(s) are required to assess the damage and to determine the next step. Although our service department tries to process service request in a timely manner, correspondence typically takes 2-3 business days. Completion of service requests may take 2-3 weeks, time frame is not guaranteed. For health code regulations, all serviced items must be at hygienic standards for transportation and maintenance.
Furniture Center will assist the customer in determining whether an issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for up to one year from the date of purchase. Furniture Center will strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s warranties. If the product needs to be serviced under manufacturer’s warranty it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the product to Furniture Center and/or manufacturing company. Neither the manufacturer, nor Furniture Center covers transportation costs. Replacements will NOT be provided while furniture/mattress is being serviced. If requested, Furniture Center can schedule a pickup of the merchandise that requires servicing, for a fee. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and delivery address, with a receipt. Please keep in mind that warranties vary per vendor, and do not cover damage resulting from misuse, such as exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. Vinyl/ Faux items, and promotional sales are not covered under any warranty.
AS-Is, Floor Models and Clearance merchandise: Floor models, Clearance and “as is” merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or receive a price adjustment and is not covered by any warranties for existing or future damage(s).
Furniture Maintenance: It is the Customers responsibility to maintain and care for the furniture. Neither Furniture Center nor the manufacturing companies are responsible for the regular maintenance of the merchandise (Regular Maintenance may include but is not limited to tying screws, caring for leather, caring for wood etc.)
